Admins can send different types of announcements to all members of the community. So you can send polls, videos, audio, any text message and expect all members to receive the message.

When a community member replies to an announcement, you will receive a webhook with full details of the message and the participant. You can always delete the message or write to them personally. You can get the information either via HTTP request or as a callback.

Full Community management via API

The API gives you full control over managing your communities and groups in WhatsApp. Create communities, send invitation link, add/remove users, connect and disconnect groups. Get a list of participants and messages in the community.

You will be able to add a user to the community and to a specific group. If WhatsApp prevents you from adding a member automatically, you will be able to send an invitation in a private chat. You will also be able to remove a member from the community.

You will be able to add existing groups to the community or create new groups and add them. Similarly, you will be able to unlink groups from communities and delete them. At the same time, you will have access to information about the groups: description, picture and member numbers.
